Who to contact
Glenn Freeman is the contact for enquiries about personal information on this website. Email hello@glennfreeman.co.uk.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and a message. You can optionally provide your business name and current website. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How your enquiry is used
Your details are used to respond, understand the work you are interested in and discuss a possible project. They are not added to a marketing mailing list through this form. Handling a requested quote or project discussion may be necessary to take steps towards a contract; routine correspondence may also be handled for legitimate business interests.
Where information goes
The form sends an email to hello@glennfreeman.co.uk using the website’s hosting and email services. This form does not create a separate database of your enquiries. The hosting and email providers process information to provide their services. Technical server and security logs may include information such as an IP address and time of access.
Spam protection
The form uses a security token, a hidden spam field and a temporary request limit. A hashed version of the connection’s IP address is used for that request limit and expires after one hour. This site does not use an external CAPTCHA service.
Keeping information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and any resulting project, and to meet relevant record-keeping obligations. You can ask about or request deletion of an enquiry by email.
Cookies and similar technologies
This design does not add advertising cookies, visitor analytics or third-party font requests. The site’s font and artwork are hosted here. WordPress uses cookies for logged-in administration and may use essential technical features. If analytics, embedded services or additional cookies are introduced, this notice and any required choices should be updated.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about the information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise an objection to its use where applicable. Contact hello@glennfreeman.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
