Keep services, prices, opening information and team details current. I can also add new pages using the existing website’s layout and styling.
Website support that keeps your content current and your next steps clear. Get help with page updates, products, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements to the website you already have.
Running a business leaves little time for the website jobs that accumulate in the background. A service description goes out of date, a new image needs adding or a form does not seem to be working. Small gaps can make a good website feel neglected.
I help with the everyday changes and the improvements you have been meaning to make. You can ask for a defined one-off job or discuss recurring support around the amount of work your site needs.
You work directly with me by email. I’m based in the West Midlands and support businesses across the UK, including those using WordPress, Shopify, Magento and GoDaddy, subject to reviewing the setup.
Support starts with a clear list of tasks. We agree the priorities, access, costs and approval process before work begins.
Keep services, prices, opening information and team details current. I can also add new pages using the existing website’s layout and styling.
Add fresh project photos, replace tired images, organise galleries and upload documents. Media can be resized and compressed so updates do not add unnecessary weight.
I can format and publish supplied articles, news and case studies, including headings, relevant links and image descriptions. Writing or substantial editing is agreed separately.
Product descriptions, images, collections and promotional content can be updated on supported stores. Larger catalogue imports or integrations are scoped as separate work.
Investigate broken links, layout problems and form issues. Technical fixes, updates or maintenance tasks are planned around the platform and the risks involved.
Refine menus, calls to action and page layouts as the business changes. I can help turn a long wish list into a manageable order of work.
A one-off task is useful when you know exactly what needs changing. Recurring support can suit businesses that regularly publish content, update products or need someone familiar with the site.
We agree what support covers and how requests are handled. That includes any planned maintenance, backups, reporting, response expectations and the time available for changes. There is no assumed round-the-clock emergency service.
If a website needs more substantial work, I explain the options and quote for it separately. You can decide whether to repair, improve or rebuild with a clearer understanding of the trade-offs.

Email the website address and the changes you need. Screenshots and page links help identify the right places.
I review the setup and clarify what can be done, what access is needed and what the work will cost.
I complete the agreed tasks, use appropriate checks and give you an opportunity to review relevant content changes.
I confirm what has been done and flag anything that needs your input or a separate piece of work.
One-off and recurring work is scoped around your website. Hosting support, paid software, emergency work, major repairs and new features are included only where agreed. For changes that could affect the site, we discuss backups and a suitable testing approach first.
Send the website address and a numbered list of changes, with the final text or images where available. Mention important dates and which tasks matter most. Please leave passwords out of your initial email.

You can email me the details and I will confirm whether I can assist. If it appears to be a hosting outage, your hosting provider may be the quickest first contact. I do not advertise guaranteed 24-hour emergency cover.
